Warehouse Inventory Manager — full record

The client operates four distribution centers handling 80,000 SKUs. The previous system ran on Windows CE hardware past end-of-life. We replaced it with a native Android app built to their barcode workflow.

Device: Zebra TC52 · OS: Android 11 GMS · Fleet: 2,000 units · Backend: PostgreSQL 14 over internal VPN · Auth: LDAP · Offline queue: 72-hour buffer.

Build duration: 14 weeks from spec to production rollout. Zero redesign cycles. Crash-free rate maintained above 99.7% across all four sites in the first six months.
